Band Name_Date or Availibility_Subject --- for example:
MinorTalent_Mar05_FlyerForZiggy. Please send all press
kits and promo material as .JPG or .PDF and a link
us to your music via your Website, SoundCloud, BandCamp,
or ReverbNation (No Myspace!) Do not send us .MP3
/ .ZIP / or .whatever files. We usually book 2-3 months
in advance, sometimes more. Once you are confirmed,
please reconfirm a day or two prior to your date just
to make sure. The Ruby Room is 21+ only. - Load in
around 8 pm if you want a sound check please request
prior to date of performance. PLEASE DO NOT book your
band for another show in town within 2 weeks of your
show at the Ruby Room, unless it's all ages. The board
is an Allen and Heath 16 channel board with three
monitor mixes. We have two 15" subs and two FOH speakers.
Shiloh (and his epic beard) is your sound guy, he
will be your first point of contact. Band members
get two free drinks each, and can have one guest each,
with some exceptions. More free drinks can flow if
you rock out hard and you aren't jerks, case by case
basis! If you want to do a free show or any other
type of event please let us know way in advance and
approve it with the other bands as well. Once again,
thank you for playing at The Ruby Room!
ATTENTION
BANDS You may park in our parking lot. Pull
all the way forward in the loading zone. You may
also use the parking spaces. If you are playing
1st, load in on stage. If you are 2nd load in
stage right. Otherwise, keep your gear in your
vehicle until it is time for you to load in. Set
times are emailed to you in advance. The sound
guy will give you drink tickets. Please respect
our business and not drink booze that you brought
on our property, inside or out. Doing this will
get you kicked out and us possibly shut down.
